To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
pkr775 is required to verify the identity of all Users in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension. Deposits made prior to KYC completion may be returned to the original payment source. pkr775 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pkr775 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by pkr775 at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast where available. These references are provided for informational context only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by any payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. pkr775 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice. All deposits are processed in PKR or the operator's base currency, and any applicable conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
pkr775 does not typically charge fees on Deposits or Withdrawals, however your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Users are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a currency other than PKR.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pkr775 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and expire if not used within the stated validity period.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette or blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
pkr775 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome (bonus arbitrage), using third-party software to influence bet outcomes, and any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus balance and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
pkr775 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any Wager at its discretion, including where the Platform suspects error in odds, system malfunction, or any form of manipulation. A Wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on the Platform. Verbal confirmation by any support agent does not constitute acceptance of a Wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a Wager. pkr775 may apply individual User stake limits where betting patterns suggest professional advantage play, at pkr775's sole discretion.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the stated settlement period, data feed errors resulting in materially incorrect odds, or identification of match-fixing or result manipulation by relevant authorities. Voided bets are returned at stake value to the User's Account Balance.
All markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) for T20 franchise events, and FIFA or the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for football markets. pkr775's decision on settlement is final in the absence of a documented error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr775.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr775 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pkr775's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the User has provided false information; (c) the Account poses an AML, fraud or security risk; (d) continued operation of the Account would expose pkr775 to legal or regulatory risk; or (e) the User is located in a Prohibited Territory.
On termination for cause, pkr775 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr775 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pkr775's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pkr775 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the applicable independent arbitration or adjudication body specified under pkr775's operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising under this Agreement, and that local legal remedies may be limited or unavailable.
pkr775 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where operationally feasible, notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you object to any change in these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2.
